  • Deliver trauma-informed care interventions, recognising the impact of past experiences on present behaviours and needs.

  • Support service users with housing, benefits, and social reintegration, drawing on your knowledge of systems and entitlements.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver person-centred care plans aimed at sustainable recovery outcomes.

  • Maintain clear, accurate records and contribute to regular service reviews and case meetings.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience working in a substance misuse setting, ideally with a strong focus on alcohol recovery.

  • Understanding of housing systems, benefits, and local support networks.

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable due to multi-site work across Folkestone and Canterbury.

  • A strong commitment to safeguarding and delivering high-quality support in line with best practice standards.
