Engineering Manager in Cirencester, South West

Engineering Manager with a bias on developing products - salary banding is £50k-£65k (highly DOE and qualifications) 

Reporting to the Board & CEO as an Engineering Manager your previous construction plant/ agricultural & engineering experience will enable you to oversee and facilitate all product changes, including designing or bringing new products to the market . As the Engineering Manager there will be travel across the UK & Globally while attached to head office so need to be commutable from Cirencester/Gloucester & surrounding areas.

You will be ensuring you bring together in house teams like marketing, sales, engineering and operations whilst being customer facing for customers. 

To be successful as the Engineering Manager

With a solid grounding in heavy plant, plant hire, construction hire or construction plant, you will have previous experience in a senior role and a proven track record in man-management. You will be a natural problem solver who has a solution lead, proactive approach to their work. A confident communicator with excellent analytical skills, you will have managed cross functional projects and will be able to combine strategic thinking with a hands on approach. • Work with suppliers and manufacturers to improve performance and reliability
