What you will do:

• Undertake Care Act Assessments and Reviews to ensure the needs of adults under 67 are met.

• Conduct Safeguarding investigations and Capacity and Best Interest Assessments.

• Engage in COP DOL work and act as a Duty Social Worker when required.

• Participate in Mental Health Act Assessments, with the possibility of some out-of-hours work.

• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to address the complexities of each case.

• Offer expert guidance and support to families and clients.

• Use your AMHP qualification if you have it to support the running of the AMHP service.
