What you will do:

• Respond to screenings within 24 hours from allocation as instructed by the Team Manager and Assistant Team Manager, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
• Work collaboratively with various professionals across the MASH team to assess risk and make informed decisions that ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and families.
• Contribute to complex case discussions, bringing your unique insights and expertise to the table to shape effective interventions and support.
• Undertake visits, assessments, and interventions in line with service requirements while maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to keep abreast of best practices and legislative changes within social work.
