What you will do:

- Lead and manage a team of dedicated social workers in the Family Support/Child Protection Team.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality services for children and families in Lambeth.
- Conduct regular case reviews, manage workloads, and oversee risk management processes.
- Liaise with a variety of services including early help, courts, and community partners to ensure a cohesive approach to child protection.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a supportive and accountable working environment.
- Encourage innovation and best practice within the team to continuously improve service delivery.
