What you will do:

- Undertake duty work as required, addressing immediate safety concerns and providing crisis intervention when needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that are child-focused, evidence-based, and outcome-driven.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including health, education, and other agencies to support the wellbeing of children and families.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports for court proceedings, case reviews, and other statutory requirements.
- Advocate effectively for children and families, ensuring their voices are heard and rights are upheld.
