What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of children, including Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Children in Care (CIC)
- Conduct timely and effective interventions using evidence-based practices
- Participate in court work related to your caseload
- Engage with families and children face-to-face to ensure high-quality care
- Be part of a flexible team that values your input and work-life balance
- Utilise technology such as a provided laptop and smartphone to facilitate your work
- Report and document casework effectively in line with legal and organisational guidelines
- Work from the office three days a week, with the flexibility of some home working.
