What you will do:

- Conduct detailed Occupational Therapy Assessments in clients' homes for equipment and minor adaptations.
- Manage and oversee major adaptations through the Disabled Facilities Grant.
- Provide and recommend specialist equipment, focusing on seating and accessibility.
- Perform Moving and Handling Assessments to ensure client safety and compliance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maximize client support and outcomes.

About the Role and Team:

The Occupational Therapy Team at London Borough of Bromley is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our dynamic group. Your role will be crucial in helping residents live more independently and safely. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct assessments, provide standard equipment and minor adaptations, and manage major adaptations via a Disabled Facilities Grant. Additionally, you will supply clients with specialist equipment, including seating, and conduct thorough Moving and Handling Assessments. A current registration with HCPC is essential, and being a car driver is advantageous for visiting clients.
