Your Responsibilities

• Manage complex cases involving Placement with Parents, Supervision Orders, and Special Guardianship Orders (SGOs).

• Provide intensive support to children and young people placed within their families post-court proceedings.

• Contribute to the embedding of the Relational Practice Model throughout the team.

• Collaborate with internal colleagues and external agencies to ensure integrated, child-focused support plans.

• Participate in service development and quality improvement activities across the team.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker (BA/MA Social Work, DipSW or equivalent).

• Current Social Work England registration.

• Proven experience in children's services, preferably within permanence or post-order teams.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding, permanence planning, and court-related social work.

• Excellent communication, assessment, and case management skills.
