Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality field social work service, focusing on promoting independence and wellbeing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.

• Strong knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding procedures.

• Experience working in locality or community-based teams is preferred.

• Excellent assessment, communication, and case management skills.

• Ability to balance autonomy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
