What you will do:
- Be professionally and legally accountable for all aspects of professional activities, working autonomously while seeking guidance from senior staff when necessary.
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of a diverse range of patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, using advanced manual assessment techniques and clinical reasoning skills.
- Formulate a diagnosis and prognosis using evidence-based practice and assessment findings to create and deliver personalised physiotherapy management programmes. Evaluate and adjust treatment plans daily.
- Develop clinically reasoned prognoses and recommend the best interventions, even when presented with conflicting evidence.
- Enhance your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, contraindications, precautions, and specific patient conditions.
- Engage in health promotion and facilitate understanding of rehabilitation aims to optimise patient management and ensure consistent care.
This role requires HCPC registration and a valid driving license due to the role’s dynamic nature.
