What you will do:
- Engage in the comprehensive OT Process including information gathering, assessment, intervention planning, carrying out interventions, evaluating outcomes, and managing discharge from therapy across a variety of settings.
- Work collaboratively with older adults, clients living with dementia, as well as those with complex needs and a broad range of conditions.
- Provide rehabilitation support, especially for clients recovering from surgery, accidents, and injuries such as hip/knee replacements, hip fractures, spinal surgery, and falls.
- Handle moving and handling tasks for clients, including those with complex needs, utilising your expertise in selecting and providing appropriate slings for full hoist and standing hoist.
Applicants for this role must be HCPC registered and capable of independent travel, as a car driver is required.
