What you will do:
- Provide advice and support to social workers and care managers in the team regarding casework, ensuring best practices are upheld.
- Assist the Team Manager by taking charge in their absence and serve as the Duty Manager when required.
- Chair select Professional Meetings and Case Conferences, fostering collaboration and results-driven discussions.
- Support the social worker on duty by ensuring that incoming concerns are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and robust records of actions and decisions on the Mosaic database.
- Conduct complex enquiries with thoroughness, coordinating with internal and external colleagues as needed.
