Location: Bradford, UK Salary: £35 Hourly (Ongoing - 3 months, Full Time/Part Time, Hybrid)

What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of children and young people who are looked after, providing dedicated support tailored to each child's needs.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children to support stability and emotional wellbeing.
- Undertake statutory visits, reviews, assessments, and care planning in line with the Children Act 1989 and associated regulations.
- Develop and implement effective care, placement, and permanency plans that reflect each child’s needs and wishes.
- Liaise with foster carers, residential homes, schools, health professionals, and birth families to ensure coordinated and effective support.
- Prepare and present reports for Looked After Reviews, court proceedings, and other statutory forums.
- Champion the rights of children in care, promoting educational achievement, health outcomes, and placement stability.
- Support children through transitions, including reunification, adoption, or leaving care.
- Use supervision constructively and engage in professional development to maintain HCPC/SWE registration.
