What You Will Do:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews of foster carers to ensure high standards of care.

• Provide guidance and support to foster families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

• Liaise with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to offer comprehensive support to fostered children.

• Maintain detailed records and reports to ensure compliance with local authority policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years as a qualified Children's Social Worker.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a Local Authority Fostering Service or Independent Fostering Agency.
