What you'll do

• Meet with teams across the business to understand their challenges and spot opportunities
• Lead requirements workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Design and build applications, automations, and integrations that solve real problems
• Create implementation plans that balance quick wins with long-term strategy
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate ideas with stakeholders
• Code solutions using Python, C#, JavaScript—whatever fits the need
• Guide junior team members in analysis techniques and development practices
• Own the full journey from "we have a problem" to "here's your solution"

What you'll bring Must-haves

• Experience gathering requirements and translating business speak into tech solutions
• Solid coding skills in at least two languages (Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.)
• Confidence presenting ideas and solutions to non-technical audiences
• Track record of delivered projects from concept to implementation
• SQL skills and understanding of data integration
• Natural problem-solver who asks "why" before jumping to "how"

Nice-to-haves

• Business analysis certification or formal training
• Experience in healthcare or social care sectors
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or similar business tools
• API development and system integration experience
• Agile/Scrum methodology experience
