What you will do:
- Lead and supervise a team of six social workers and two senior practitioners.
- Drive outstanding practice for children and families in varying circumstances.
- Oversee both duty and longer-term work, ensuring quality of service throughout.
- Develop and support the practice of social workers, providing guidance and leadership.
- Deliver interventions from the point a family needs support until services are no longer required.
- Build relationships with children and families, promoting an empowering approach.
- Participate in court proceedings and pre-proceedings as required.
