What you will do:
- Assess the needs of children and families referred to the team and develop plans that address identified needs.
- Manage a caseload of children in need, child protection and care proceedings.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
- Prepare reports for child protection conferences, reviews and court hearings as required.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to families to help them improve outcomes for their children.
- Attend regular supervision sessions to ensure good practice and continuous professional development.
