We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children with Disabilities Team in Wokingham, on a full-time basis earning an impressive hourly rate of £38.97. What you will do:

• Deliver statutory duties for children on Child in Need, Child Protection, and Child in Care Plans
• Provide high-quality safeguarding services for children with disabilities at risk of harm
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary professionals working with families
• Support families through needs assessments and Short Breaks Provisions where appropriate
• Assist families with All Age Continuing Care Assessments
• Uphold young people’s rights through Mental Capacity Assessments and Court of Protection applications, with training support
• Guide families through the Tribunal Processes

Requirements:

• To join this dynamic team, you will need a social work qualification and SWE registration.
• While disabilities experience is preferred, we welcome applications from all committed social workers.
• A car owner or access to a car for business use is essential.
• Senior Social Workers should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, but social workers with less than 3 years of experience will also be considered.
