What you will do:
- Provide assessment and treatment for acute inpatients, focusing on medical, surgical, orthopaedic, and spinal conditions.
- Create and implement effective discharge plans to ensure seamless patient transitions.
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate actively in team meetings, contributing your insights and expertise.
