• Job Title: Care Assistant
• Location: Community-based – Chester & Surrounding Areas
• Pay Rate: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour
• Welcome Bonus: £250 after completing a successful 3-month probation
• Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time hours
• Driving Required: Yes (Full UK licence & own vehicle essential)
• Shifts Available: Morning (7am–3pm), Afternoon (3pm–11pm), Full Day (7am–11pm); some evening/weekend availability required

Care Assistant Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
• Assisting with mobility and safe use of equipment
• Administering and documenting medication
• Supporting clients with varying levels of need
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Recording and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
• Travelling between clients' homes to deliver care

Requirements

• Must be 18 or over
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Satisfactory DBS check and references
• Flexibility to work set shifts including every other weekend
• No experience required – full training provided!
