Engineering Shift Leader 

Salary: £57,000 

Shift: 12 hour Nights 4 on 4 off 

Location: Spalding

A Hands on Engineering Shift Leader role is now available to join a market leading manufacturing plant in Spalding. As a Engineering Shift Leader you will be working in a fully automated plant, Carrying out both hands on + some small management duties across the plant. The Engineering Shift Leader will need to have experience working in a Manufacturing environment with experience in leading a small team on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Engineer to join a established and growing business. 

Skills required for the Engineering Shift Leader:

• You Must have Engineering Qualifications
• You Must have experience working in a Senior Role Such as Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Senior engineer 
• Electrical and Mechanical hands on Skills 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment; ideally manufacturing.
