What you will do:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for children with complex health needs at Le Murier School and the College of Further Education.
• Collaborate with families, educational staff, and health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct clinical procedures including airway management, enteral feeding, and medication administration with precision.
• Facilitate health education, serving as a link between health, education, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Participate actively in health clinics within schools, ensuring effective medicine management and early identification of health issues.
• Support the transition of students to adult services, acting as both advocate and care coordinator.
• Deliver training to school staff and parents, empowering them to manage health conditions effectively.
• Engage in community health promotion, contributing to better health outcomes for all students.
