Qualifications: CSCS, SSSTS, UK driving license, and First Aid certificate.

Role Overview:

As a Foreman you will be the link between the workforce and management, responsible for translating plans into works on the ground. You will be crucial to the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring the team adheres to the plan and that the site runs smoothly.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site operations, ensuring works are carried out safely.

• Conduct briefings.

• Monitor work progress and report to the Site Manager.

• Address and resolve any site issues that arise.

• Prioritise safety by conducting regular safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring staff are appropriately trained, with correct tools and safety gear.

• Achieve quality standards. 

Who we are looking for

• Prior Civils Foreman experience

• CSCS card

• SSSTS card

• First Aid Certificate

• UK Driving License
