The Sales Co-ordinator needs to be a motivated self-starter who is proud and passionate about what they do.Role responsibilities: Raising purchase orders for bespoke/non-stock linesLiaising with design team on ensuring correct artwork for order & sending artwork to be approvedManaging pre-production approvalsManaging customer testing and QC/QA requirements & Factory auditsEnsuring product labelling adheres to testing requirementsManaging repeat orders with customers and rebuys. Updating customers on their stock holding to prompt customers for call offs & re-orders with the factory- LondonCreating product ranges briefed by customers alongside Account Managers   Wide knowledge of materials and capability of Far East factories to be able to communicate complex product development with customers and specific high expectations and requirementsAdhering to each individual customers specific sealing process and liaising between factory and customer to ensure changes to product have been made and approvedProviding customers with up-to-date factory information and annual audits Completing customer product spec forms for each product line sold including a full breakdown of materials, composition & proof of eco credentialsEnsuring all stages of critical path is met and timelines adhered toResolving quality control issues which may ariseCustomer on boardingUse customer specific online portals to manage orders in their systemProduct pricing – determine correct duty / estimated shipping cost for sales teamAttend customer online portal training sessions & customer meetingsOrder packaging (barcodes/swing tags etc) for relevant orders  Key skills & Experience of the Sales Co-ordinator Minimum 2/3 years proven track record in a similar role with a retail / wholesale background.Experience of working with high-level retailersUnderstanding of the product development cycle from Far East factoriesA solid analytical approach to decision making.Customer experience led approach to enable growth and create opportunities.Positive outlook and confident can-do attitude.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Able to effectively challenge internal and external stakeholders backed up by data.Confident presentation skills to peer group and business colleagues.Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines.Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
