This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hard-working Ganger looking for work, with consistent weekday hours and the potential for weekend work. We are looking for someone who can start promptly, lead a small team effectively, and support site operations to help keep the project running safely and efficiently. Pay Rate: £20.24 per hour PAYE As a Ganger on site, your responsibilities may include: Supervising and coordinating a small team of operatives on siteAllocating daily tasks and ensuring work is carried out to programmeLeading by example and maintaining high standards of work and safetyLiaising with site management and other tradesAssisting with hands-on duties where requiredEnsuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulationsManaging materials, tools, and equipment efficientlySupporting site set-up and general operations as needed To be considered for this role, you must have: A valid CSCS Card (Gold or above preferred)SMSTS or SSSTS qualificationPrevious experience working as a Ganger or in a supervisory role within constructionStrong leadership and communication skillsA good work ethic and positive attitudeThe ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesGood punctuality and reliability It would be beneficial if you also hold: CPCS or NPORS plant tickets (e.g. Dumper, Roller)First Aid at Work certificationManual Handling or other relevant site safety training You must have a valid British passport due to site/client access requirements.
