 Salary: £25,000 + £10,000 OTE

About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to join a thriving sales team in West Yorkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in telesales, door-to-door, or cold-calling who loves building connections, winning new business, and developing strong customer relationships.

You’ll work alongside another new starter, so now’s the perfect time to join and grow together in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture a portfolio of around 350 existing customer accounts
  • Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and social media engagement
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell a diverse range of business products and services
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and maximise revenue potential from warm leads
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships through excellent communication and service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Customer Service, Credit Control, Marketing, Product Management, and Transport to ensure smooth customer operations
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales and performance targets


We’re keen to speak with candidates who have at least 1 years’ experience in telesales, cold-calling, door-to-door sales, or a similar customer-focused role.

Key requirements:

  • Confident, persuasive communicator with a positive and professional approach
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
  • Able to handle objections professionally and maintain enthusiasm throughout the sales cycle


Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience in business supplies, services, or similar industries
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience identifying new market opportunities and driving account growth
