What you will do:
- Supervise a vibrant and varied team of qualified and unqualified social workers, guiding them in managing complex cases.
- Lead efforts in supporting adults with learning disabilities, ensuring adherence to the Care Act and other relevant legislation including CHC.
- Utilise your knowledge in mental health and transitions to improve outcomes for young people entering adult services.
- Manage and prioritise workloads efficiently, leveraging your supervisory and management experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments with clients and their families to develop effective care plans.
- Ensure a minimum of two office days per week, allowing for direct collaboration and mentorship within the office.
