The Role

As a Teacher of Science, you will become part of a dynamic and collaborative Science department, delivering engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to specialise and teach at Key Stage 5.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality Science lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Monitoring and assessing student progress, implementing strategies to raise attainment
• Promoting high expectations of behaviour and academic achievement
• Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
• Inspiring students through practical, investigative, and theory-based learning

The Ideal Candidate

KPI Education are seeking a high-calibre individual who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards achieving it (ECT)
• Has a degree in a Science-related subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or similar)
• Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Science education
• Is committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is reflective, driven, and eager to develop professionally
