We are seeking experienced Social Workers to join the AMHP Team in the vibrant county of Worcestershire. This exciting opportunity is open to highly motivated individuals who excel in strengths and assets-based statutory social work, in line with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act. You will work collaboratively within teams located at the beautiful County Hall in Worcester or the lively Parkside, Bromsgrove. This permanent full-time role offers a salary of £32,020 to £36,298 or up to £38,296 with AMHP, plus a £3,000 Market Forces payment.

What you will do:

- Conduct assessments, support planning, interventions, and evaluations, in line with the Professional Capabilities Framework.
- Provide effective social interventions that promote recovery.
- Collaborate with Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust to deliver specialist mental health services.
- Engage in the Three Conversations approach, focusing on people's strengths, community, and personal assets.
- Undertake safeguarding enquiries and navigate complex situations with professional judgement.
- Engage in progression, training, and professional development via our Social Work Academy.
