What you will do:

- Supervise and support kinship foster carers, providing guidance and resources to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Collaborate with children's social workers to ensure children live in happy, safe, and supportive homes.
- Oversee all private fostering households in the county to maintain high standards of care and safety.
- Conduct regular visits to children and young people in fostering arrangements, ensuring their wellbeing and safeguarding needs are met.
