What you will do:
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of each child in long-term care.
- Collaborate with a network of families, professionals, and agencies to ensure the well-being of children from ages 0-18.
- Manage a caseload of up to 18 children, providing them with the necessary support and advocacy.
- Act as a corporate parent, ensuring each child’s voice is heard and their needs are met.
- Work closely with team members, including a team manager, business support, and family support workers to deliver holistic care.
