What You Will Do:

• Conduct detailed assessments and design intervention plans that prioritise the safety, welfare, and development of children.

• Manage a caseload of 20–24 children, including complex Child in Need (CIN) and Child Protection (CP) cases.

• Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to deliver holistic, effective support to children and their families.

• Participate in regular supervision to enhance practice quality and encourage reflective development.

• Fulfil duty rota responsibilities, completing one full duty week every three weeks.

• Travel within Torbay and occasionally beyond county borders for statutory visits and meetings.

• A minimum of three years post-qualifying experience within an English local authority is required.

• Applicants must meet updated Department for Education agency compliance standards, including availability for duty obligations.
