What you will do:

- Supervise and manage family workers, ensuring effective allocation of work.
- Step in for the team manager during periods of leave, maintaining seamless operation.
- Conduct comprehensive Child and Family assessments to inform best practice interventions.
- Chair core groups and Child in Need meetings, ensuring cohesive planning and action.
- Produce thorough children in our care reports and plans, steering evidence-based interventions.
- Attend and actively contribute to PLO meetings; write court evidence and make court appearances.
- Work collaboratively with children and families under Child in Need, Child Protection, PLO, and Court orders.
- Undertake any other social work tasks as directed by your manager.
