An exciting opportunity awaits seasoned professionals for an Advanced Practitioner position at Practice Hub in Romford. Set in the vibrant London Borough of Havering, you will be part of an innovative team dedicated to supporting Frontline Students and ASYEs. Located at The Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 4AT, this role offers an attractive £41.10 hourly rate. With an expected assignment duration of six months, this position promises both challenge and reward. Flexible working hours run from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, but alternative flexible scheduling is available.

What you will do:
- Case Management: Oversee a caseload of five families, including 15-20 children, ensuring personalized, dedicated support.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to ASYE Social Workers, supporting the development of up to five practitioners.
- Safeguarding: Apply sound knowledge of legislation concerning the journey of the child and safeguarding, influencing better outcomes for the children and families you support.
- Practice Education: Although preferred, employ your expertise as a Practice Educator to foster an environment of learning and development.
