What you will do

• Conduct detailed assessments and interventions under Section 47, focusing on the safety and well-being of children at risk.
• Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, ensuring a seamless and coordinated approach to child protection.
• Prepare and present complex reports to Child Protection Conferences and statutory reviews, drawing on your experience and analytical skills.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members, fostering a supportive and knowledgeable environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
