What You Will Do

• Complete comprehensive Best Interest assessments tailored to each individual’s needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, advocates, and other professionals to gather vital information.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date documentation to support robust and defensible decision-making.

• Provide specialist advice to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Mental Capacity Act and associated frameworks.

• Deliver high-quality assessments within agreed timeframes, ensuring consistency, clarity, and person-centred outcomes.
