What you will do:
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists and student OTs, fostering a supportive and dynamic team environment.
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs-led support strategies for children and their families.
- Develop, plan, and implement intervention programmes to assist children in achieving their fullest potential.
- Engage with families to build strong relationships, ensuring a seamless service tailored to each child’s unique circumstances.
- Collaborate with the management team to evaluate service delivery and implement improvements based on analytical insights.
Requirements:
- Current HCPC registration.
- Minimum two years of post-qualification experience as an occupational therapist.
- Must be a car driver as travel may be required to meet with families and engage in community activities.
