What you will do:

- Manage complex case loads involving long-term and chronic conditions independently.
- Conduct detailed manual handling assessments to design and implement tailored plans.
- Perform postural assessments and provide specialist seating and wheelchair prescriptions.
- Offer expertise in planning and recommending environmental adaptations and disability aids, including stair lifts and fixed hoist systems.
- Supervise and mentor junior Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records and demonstrate masterful organisation skills.

Requirements:

- Must be HCPC registered.
- A valid driving licence is essential due to the need for travel across the county.
