What You Will Do

Carry out expert occupational therapy assessments, designing tailored interventions aimed at boosting independence and reducing the need for hospital or residential care.

Lead and specialise in key areas such as reablement, dementia care, community services, and manual handling—staying current with evolving best practices.

Support the development and optimisation of Community Occupational Therapy services across Northamptonshire, contributing to sustainable, high-quality, community-based therapy under the Olympus banner.

Work to the highest professional standards while delivering effective, person-centred care to service users.
