What You Will Do

Conduct assessments, plan, and deliver person-centred occupational therapy interventions to adults and older people.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including social workers, physiotherapists, and care staff, to deliver holistic care.

Provide guidance and training to support workers, family carers, and students.

Who We’re Looking For

HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with experience in adult or community settings.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be required for home visits.
