• £22.00 - £25.00 per hour which is the equivalent to £45,760– £52,000 per annum based on 40 hours a week.

Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role:

• Current NMC registration with an active pin.
• Experience working in nursing home or care home settings.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Dedication to providingsafe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
• Flexible and reliable, with a professional approach to all duties.

As a Registered Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with professional and clinical standards.
• Administering medication and monitoring patients’ health, wellbeing, and progress.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans in line with NMC guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to safeguarding and compliance policies.
• Providing compassionate support to patients, families, and colleagues.
• Working across a variety of nursing home settings according to your preferences and availability.
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues where needed.
