Required Skills & Experience for this Registered Nurse (RN) Role:
- Current NMC registration with an active pin
- Experience working in Nursing Home settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced healthcare environments
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
As a Registered Nurse working with Flourish Medical, your responsibilities may include:
- Providing safe, high-quality patient care in line with professional and clinical standards
- Administering medication and monitoring patients’ health and wellbeing
- Supporting patients, families and colleagues with empathy and professionalism
- Maintaining accurate records and complying with safeguarding policies
- Developing, implementing, and reviewing care plans following NMC guidelines
