What you will do:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on child protection and safeguarding issues to a range of professionals and organisations.
  • Coordinate and manage investigations into allegations against individuals in positions of trust, ensuring that processes are followed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of all cases and prepare comprehensive reports as required.
  • Liaise with multi-agency partners to ensure best practices and coordinated responses to safeguarding issues.
  • Conduct presentations and training sessions to educate and upskill colleagues and stakeholders on safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing strategies to enhance child protection practices throughout the area.
