About the Role

Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy to drive revenue and growth
Champion the guest experience – setting the standard for personalised, memorable stays
Build, mentor and empower a high-performing team
Partner with department heads to ensure seamless daily operations

About You

Proven success as a General Manager or senior leader within the luxury or lifestyle hotel sector
Exceptional leadership skills – able to engage, develop and motivate teams
Sharp commercial acumen and solid understanding of P&L and revenue management

Strong F&B knowledge and passion for design, culture, and experience-led service
