Electrical Maintenance Technician

Shift: Panama - 2s and 3s (Days and Nights)

Location: London Gateway Port, Stanford-le-Hope

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician/Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading distribution business at London Gateway Port. This is an exciting engineering opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and rapidly expanding environment. The Electrical Engineer's role will be to ensure the smooth operation of electrical systems within a large-scale logistics facility.

Skills Required for the Electrical Technician:

• Recognised electrical qualification (Min NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Level 3)
• Experience with electrical maintenance, installations, and fault-finding.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
• Ability to carry out maintenance on Inverters
• Experience with PLC Systems - Fault Finding
• MUST BE COMFORTABLE WORKING AT HEIGHTS.

Duties of the Electrical Technician:

• Electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations within a technically advanced environment.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults to minimise downtime.
• Ensuring engineering compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Working on three-phase systems and a variety or large machinery.
