What you will do

• Practice Leadership: Provide expert consultation, guidance, and oversight to social work teams, promoting high standards of practice.
• Direct Work: Engage with children, young people, and families using a relationship-based approach.
• Case Management: Manage a complex caseload, delivering effective interventions for children with significant needs.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Significant post-qualification experience within Children’s Services.
• Proven experience managing complex cases and providing professional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and analytical skills.
