Care Home Manager in Dudley, West Midlands

Our client, a large modern care home in Dudley, is looking for a dedicated leader to join their friendly, supportive team. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with residents and staff and holds a current NMC registration with an active PIN.

As a Nursing Home Manager your duties will include:

• Ensure the highest standards of care, comfort, and safety for all residents at all times.
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation, ensuring the home consistently meets or exceeds inspection standards.
• Lead, manage, and inspire a multi-disciplinary team, promoting professional development, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners to enhance the care experience.
• Contribute to the effective management of budgets, resources, and strategic planning to support the home’s long-term objectives.

Skills and experience essential to the role of Nursing Home Manager:

• Current NMC registration with an active PIN.
• Proven leadership experience within a nursing homeor similar care setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Strong clinical knowledge with confident, evidence-based decision-making.
• Experience in managing budgets, resources, and contributing to service strategy.

This role is based in the Dudley area, easily commutable from Halesowen, Netherton, Rowley Regis and the wider West Midlands area.
