About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will be the most important part in the success of this new business, you will be visiting clients with a wide range of care needs, always delivering care with dignity, respect, and attention to detail. You will travel between clients’ homes throughout your shift, providing person-centred care that supports comfort, wellbeing, and independence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing high-quality personal care in clients’ homes

• Supporting with medication and accurate documentation

• Assisting with meal preparation and hydration

• Offering companionship and emotional support

• Working independently or within a paired team where required

• Travelling between clients throughout your shift

• Delivering care tailored to individual needs, preferences, and goals

We support clients with a range of needs, including long-term conditions, and palliative support.

Pay & Benefits

• £14.57 per hour  (Inclusive Of Holiday Pay)

• 30p per mile between client visits

• Staff referral bonuses up to £250

What You Need

Essential:

• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• Compassion, reliability, and commitment to excellent care

Desirable:

• 3+ months paid UK care experience

(If new to care, ask about joining our Care Cadet programme.)

Flexible Working Options

We offer full-time and part-time hours, with weekday and weekend shifts available. Shifts are allocated based on client needs and your availability.
