What You Will Do:

Assess the needs of service users and plan, deliver, and evaluate care from initial assessment through to discharge.

Collaborate with service users, carers, and other professionals to implement personalised care plans.

Support and empower adults with mental health needs throughout their recovery journey in community settings.

Advocate for service users and ensure their voices are represented within the healthcare system.

Provide supervision to non-qualified staff to maintain high standards of care.

Apply knowledge of the Mental Health Act appropriately within practice.

Work collaboratively with external partners, including social services, healthcare agencies, and community-based services.

Deliver therapeutic interventions and signpost service users to appropriate support services.
