What You Will Do:

• Assess the needs of service users and plan, deliver, and evaluate care from initial assessment through to discharge.

• Collaborate with service users, carers, and other professionals to implement personalised care plans.

• Support and empower adults with mental health needs throughout their recovery journey in community settings.

• Advocate for service users and ensure their voices are represented within the healthcare system.

• Provide supervision to non-qualified staff to maintain high standards of care.

• Apply knowledge of the Mental Health Act appropriately within practice.

• Work collaboratively with external partners, including social services, healthcare agencies, and community-based services.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions and signpost service users to appropriate support services.
